Are your machines used units? What about their working condition?
All our machines are original used equipment with real working hours. They have passed strict inspection and test run. Some are slightly cleaned and maintained, without major faults or accident records.
Can you provide real photos and running videos of the machines?
Sure. We can send you detailed pictures and operation videos to show the actual condition of the equipment before you place an order.
What payment terms do you accept?
We mainly accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). Other legal payment methods can be negotiated.
How will you deliver the machines?
We adopt container shipping, bulk carrier or ro-ro shipping according to machine size and quantity. We will provide full shipping documents.
Do you have complete export qualification and relevant documents?
All machines are fully tested before shipment. We offer remote technical support and supply common spare parts for after-sales service.
What if the machine breaks down after arrival?
Yes. We are a regular exporter with full qualifications. We can provide all official documents for customs clearance.
